Late to School / Attendance
Friday, we had 45 students who were late to school. This is a parent responsibility to have their child in the classroom ready to learn at 8:30am. Please help start a good habit of being on time no matter the weather, the temperature, or the traffic.
Congrats to Ms. Redondo's class in December and Mrs. Diete's class in January for the highest attendance. Keep up the good work.

RC Parent Survey
Improving Ridge Circle includes understanding your needs!
We are requesting your valued input so that we can learn how to best support you and improve.
Please take a moment to complete our short RC Parent Survey.
Survey Window: Now-Feb 18
- Once the survey is complete, please fill out the RC green flyer confirming the survey has been done and send it back to school with your child. Only one survey is needed per family.
- Your family will receive a "family paw" for completing the survey!
- 3 Raffle winners will be announced on March 4, 2022.
- At this time we are asking for your participation in 2 surveys: 5Essentials and the RC Parent Survey.
- We really appreciate your time in helping Ridge better support you and meet you and your child's needs.
- Thank you in advance for your time and input.
Below are the links to the survey in both English & Spanish. The same links have been placed on your child's teachers CANVAS page.
Pick Up and Drop Off
All parent drop off and pick up need to be done from the turnabout on Streamwood Avenue. The teacher lot is not for drop off or pick up.
All supervision before school begins at 8:15am rain or shine. Please do not drop your child off or allow them to walk to school before 8:15 am. There is no supervision. If you need child care prior to 8:15am, please consider registering for Boys & Girls Club. They open at 7am.
All drivers must stay in their car while in the turnabout. No parking is allowed. Students should be picked in from the curved sidewalk by door 4.
Parents are asked not to park on Ridge Circle Street during pick up and drop off time. If there is an emergency at Ridge Circle the emergency vehicles cannot get to the building. THIS IS A SAFETY RISK FOR RIDGE CIRCLE SCHOOL.
Thank you!
