Leader in Me 7 Habit Overview

At Texas Leadership we practice the 7 (8) Habits. We have made it through all of them in newsletters, so let's recap.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People are:

  • Habit 1: Be Proactive (You’re in Charge)
  • Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind (Have a Plan)
  • Habit 3: Put First Things First (Work First, Then Play)
  • Habit 4: Think Win-Win (Everyone Can Win)
  • Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood(Listen Before You Talk)
  • Habit 6: Synergize (Together Is Better)
  • Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw (Balance Feels Best)
  • Habit 8: Find your Voice

Click on the links below to learn more about the 7 Habits and how they can be used at home to build a culture of effectiveness.

Who can we count on?

Who can we count on when the world as we know it suddenly shifts? Our teachers and amazing support staff came together. Our amazing teachers gathered materials for packets and set up Google classrooms within a week. Our amazing support staff made copies, organized and passed out packets to families so that your Leaders wouldn't lose valuable instruction during our closure.Without them and their dedication to our Leader's and their families, we would not have been able to provide packet work to you so quickly.

If you would like to thank them personally, you can email them at their firstname.lastname@tlca-ar.com.
