My Challenge to You
Take ten minutes now to watch this video about how 10 minutes a day can make a difference for your stress levels. As you know we are returning from Spring Break. If you are not able to start taking 10 minutes a day this week... start next week :)
When I watched this video I reflected upon the statement that he made about how we take time to take care of many different things in our lives but we do not take time to take care of our mind. I started thinking that I do take time to take care of my mind, but the more I thought about it the more I realized that I do not take time during my day to just be. I am either thinking about something, talking with someone, or using some type of electronic device.
We all have stress in our life and we all have a choice to make when it comes to that stress. Either manage the stress and stay in control of our lives or let the stress manage us and feel like we do not have control... Which will you choose?
