Eastview Elementary School - December 2015
Message from the Principal
We have nearly completed the first half of this school year. I am still humbled and grateful to be the principal at such an amazing place!
As you can see on our calendar, there are several events coming up. I would like to invite all of you to attend our Holiday Extravaganza on December 10th from 4:30-6:00. This is our annual literacy night, which is a wonderful time for families to be together at Eastview. The evening will conclude with our Christmas musical, Jingle Bell Jukebox at 6:30.
Finally, I want to thank the many parent volunteers we have had this school year. We have had many parents help out at school events this year. Having your help with activities such as registration, Fallapoolza, Santa's Shop, and popcorn Fridays is so valuable. Your willingness to serve at our school does not go unnoticed. In fact, it is extremely encouraging to all of us here at Eastview. Thank you for all of your support!

Students in kindergarten, second, fourth and sixth grades have been busy preparing for our annual Christmas program under the direction of Mrs. Clifton, our music teacher. Our students have been practicing the songs for some time now, and Mrs. Clifton reports that she is pleased with their efforts. Please join us for this celebration on December 10th. Our afternoon show begins at 1:15, and the evening presentation starts at 6:30.
We had over 95% of our families attend parent teacher conferences! Thank you for being invested in your child's education. The partnership between home and school is crucial to our students' success.
