SONG OF GENERAL PINOCHET
Song about President Pinochet
This song demonstrates how the people of Chile looked up to Augusto and what he has achieved for the country he was in charge of. In a matter of 24 hours he was able to make Chile have freedom and piece. Chile has become one of the most modern and advanced country in Latin America. He was a good outlook on the citizens in Chile even though he had numerous human rights violations. In the song they say he is what brought victory and by chanting yes in the song they are making it clear they agree with what is being said.
Dear President Pinochet,
I admire all you do for our country. No one can run Chile better than you at this time. If you could do anything to get arms and drug trade even though it's not aloud that would be awesome. This country needs that right now. I do not think you are doing anything wrong even if other people do like the UK. True Chileans support you in every way possible. My daughter rides around on a bike with your name on it. What is more to prove that we support you in any way we can. We thank you for the hard work you do each and every day.
We and many others want you to stay in power forever.
From,
a Chilean family
