Drop Off School Supplies
Kindergarten families are invited to drop off their child’s school supplies at the Sprague office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Thursday, August 17, or from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday, August 18. Teachers will not be available to meet students. This is a supply drop off invitation only. If kindergarten families are unavailable to drop off supplies on one of these days they are invited to drop off the supplies during the following times on Meet the Teacher, Wednesday, August 23:
7:30 to 8:00 a.m. for Student Last Names beginning with N through Z.
8:15 to 8:45 a.m. for Student Last Names beginning with A through M.
Health Forms Due Now
The physical, updated vaccines, and dental forms are mandated for entry into school for children entering the following grade levels:
- All new students to D103
- All kindergarten students
- Second-grade (dental forms only)
- All sixth-grade students
These forms are due before the start of the school year, no exceptions. Please check with your child's pediatrician should you have any questions regarding your child's vaccine status.
School Supplies Available
Please find the school supplies necessary for a given grade on our District 103 website under school supplies. Even if you ordered PTO kits, Sprague has added additional items to its grade level lists so please review them.
Add $$ to Lunch Account
Students pay for school lunches using MySchoolBucks. Students will have ID cards that show their lunch balance. We encourage you to sign up for autoreplenish so your account does not go negative. You should also sign up for Low Balance Emails so you are notified if account is low. Quest Food Services, the district's lunch provider puts lunch menus in FD MealPlanner.
Room Parents Needed
Assist your child's teacher by signing up to become a classroom room parent. The PTO will inform all volunteers of their assignments later this month. If you are unable to access Membership Toolkit to sign up, please email president@d103pto.org and include which teacher you would like to be a room parent.
