Literacy Leaders – Dyslexia Support
* FREE to all districts and schools in Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties! *
Purpose and Outcomes
- Overview the requirements of the legislation, as well as recommended research-based practices
- Reflect on components of Dyslexia supports that are already in place, missing, or needing revision, and plan next steps for their district
District and building administrators in instructional leadership roles such as curriculum directors, special education directors, and building administrators. Building-level supports and specialists such as coaches, intervention specialists, reading specialists, or school psychologists are welcome to attend with their administrators*.
*The content is focused on creating systems at the district and building level; therefore, the participants attending should include (but not be limited to) individuals who have decision-making capacity within the school or district.
All sessions will be provided in person at HCESC, with an option for virtual attendance as well. Sessions may be recorded for access afterward. Coaching hours will be available by request after each session to support individual questions and problem-solving.
