Valentine's Day - THANK YOU!
We would like to thank everyone who sent in donations of food and craft supplies to make our Valentine's Day Ice Cream social a success. The kids had a wonderful time! Also, thank you so much for all of your kind and thoughtful Valentine's Day gifts and cards for us! We felt very loved and appreciated by our students this Valentine's Day!
Science - Soil Properties and Weathering, Erosion, & Deposition
On Monday Feb. 15, we will have a learning check in science. Students will need to show their understanding of soil properties and slow changes to the Earth's surface due to weathering, erosion, and deposition. Check out the links below for some games on our classroom website that students can use to review these concepts.
Art Supplies
All students in all grades are about to begin print-making in art class with Ms. Freeman. She has asked for donations of the following to help make the project a success: shaving cream (not the gel kind, but the white, foamy kind), nail polish (especially bright, glittery colors), and styrofoam plates. If you have any of those items laying around your house not being used, she would appreciate them!
4th ANNUAL FACULTY FOLLIES SHOW - Saturday, February 20 @ 11am - VISTA RIDGE PAC
Mark your calendars now to come see your teachers like you've never seen them before!
