Weekly Wildcat
September 24, 2021
Dear Sundance Families,
We had another wonderful week at Sundance! Our wildcats enjoyed their first week of Running Club and browsing books in our Book Fair. Thank you to all of our parent volunteers for making this week a huge success.
Parking Lot Reminders:
- Parents must walk children across the parking lot after school. Please do not wait for students on the hill.
- Please encourage your child to use the crosswalk rather than crossing in front of cars
- Continue to pull forward when dropping off your children in the morning
Enjoy your three-day weekend! Our staff will be participating in a professional growth day on 9/27. We look forward to seeing our wildcats on Tuesday.
Take care,
Raquel Katz, Principal

Craft supplies will be provided by the Sundance PAC and volunteers will be available to assist the students. Please, no siblings from other schools and parents will not be able to enter the campus. Students will be released at 4pm. We will have some extra boxes available if you do not have one at home. Please RSVP here by Sept 26th. Can’t wait to see the race on October 1st!

We had a successful Sundance Book Fair this week! It was wonderful to welcome students back to in-person shopping. HUGE thank you to all the volunteers, teachers, Mrs. Bleyle and families who were able to shop and support the Sundance library!
Sundance Yearbook - Lowest Price of the Year!
If you buy it by the end of the month (Thursday!), you only pay $18.85, plus you get the yearbook and two free, optional personal pages to add your own pictures and memories. To buy a yearbook, go to http://www.treering.com/validate and use the code 10sundance.
Plus the Sundance yearbook needs your help!
Help the Sundance yearbook staff tell the story of this school year! It can be a minimal time commitment (a few pictures at one event or copy editing for one hour is a huge help) but a maximum pay-off as we find creative ways to make the yearbook as special and inclusive as possible! We need photographers, class page editors, copy editors, and sales and marketing help. Email sundanceyearbook2021@yahoo.com for more info. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Red Ribbon Week is coming Oct 25th - Oct 29th - details shared next week!
