Stress and Test Anxiety
I wanted to share the Momentous Blog post again from last year about Test Anxiety. Please take a few minutes to read and review-especially the suggestions at the bottom of the post. I love the visualizing suggestion. The day before, talk students through the testing day. Let them know where they will be sitting, how the room will be quiet, and suggest some relaxation techniques to help them relax and not STRESS! The key is to stay calm and do your best!
