Habbits vs bad habbits
Our brain has lots of pathways and it is important that we take care of it. So if you have a habbit of taking drugs or smoking you can take away that habbit if doing something new and healthy for a long period of time and not doing the bad habbits at all.
Keep your brain positive!
You need to keep your brain happy and healthy or you start to make bad choices. I researched that a lady always used to drive with 2 feet but now she only drives with 1 because she didnt do that for a while. Also, for example after my grandma got her 20th grandchild she stopped smoking so that she wasnt a bad influence to the younger children. So I sujest choosing your actions wisley and think positive for yourself, younger and older people.
Healthy brain
A healthy brain is where you think positive and chose the right choices. When you have a healthy brain you have healthy and good pathways(habbits).
Unhealthy brain
An Unhealthy brain ahs bad habbits put into it. So when you have bad neurol pathways in your brain you dont make the best choices in life. For example: You may start to smoke or take drugs. Usually this starts to happen in your teen years.
