Ways to handle stress
- get at least 9 hours of sleep
- have fun
- hang out with good friends

- eat health (have a healthy diet)

Personal Story
When we have finals in january, i was really nervous that i wouldn't pass them. i stayed up so late at night to get as much information into my head as i should. The stress of this test helped me study and i passed with a high grade.
