warmup - 1/2 mile jog or our typical practice warmup
0:00 -1:30 - 400m sprint
1:30 - 2:00 - rest
2:00 - 4:00 - 2 minutes plank (forward)
4:00 - 4:30 - rest
4:30 - 5:30 - 35 pushups
5:30 - 8:00 - rest
Repeat 3x (with plank left, plank right, plank forward).
You have half an hour to complete four sets.

When he says 30-60-90-120, he's talking about distance in feet. 90' from base to base. Keep a careful eye on his footwork and where he finishes with his arm.
