Steve Jobs


Early Years

He was born February 24, 1955 in San Francisco. His parents are Paul jobs and Clara jobs. Steve Jobs attended Monta Loma Elementary School and Cupertino Junior High School, then Homestead High School in 1972.

The start of his career!

Steve started with "Blue boxes" which were used to make free calls around the nation. He worked on these boxes with Steve Wozniak. Being apart of the Computer Club they quickly left the blue boxes behind and moved on to bigger and better things such as the Apple 1.


Apple was created on April 1, 1977 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. Jobs left Apple in 1985 but went back in 1996. The iPod was a successful introduction in 2001then iTunes in 2003. From there the dropped the "computer" in there companies name.

Towards the end

Steve Jobs was diagnosed with cancer in 2003, about a year later he told his employees that he has a cancerous tumor in his pancreas. For nine months Steve refused treatment and went on a special diet to prevent the decease which some think only led him to an early death. In 2004 he went into surgery to get the tumor removed which was not successful. In 2009 Steve said that for several months he had been suffering from "hormone imbalance." Steve died October 5, 2011 from respiratory arrest.
