Indian Creek Elementary - September 2016
Principal's Message
Dear Indian Creek Parents,
Did you know that there are five ways to raise money for Indian Creek Elementary by simply doing the things you do every day? We encourage all our families to take advantage of these great everyday fundraising opportunities.
You can connect your Kroger Plus card to Indian Creek Elementary then all you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Plus Card! By going online and creating an account through the Kroger Community Rewards, Kroger will donate money back to Indian Creek every time you shop. Use the following Link to create an account and connect your Kroger Plus card to Indian Creek Elementary. https://www.kroger.com/account/enrollCommunityRewardsNow
You can connect your Target Red Card to Indian Creek Elementary. Through Target’s Take Charge of Education program you can earn money for Indian Creek every time you shop at Target and use your Target Red Card. You can cut out Box Tops from any General Mills product and bring them to school. Every Box Tops for Education that is brought into school is worth 10 cents. Last school year we were able to raise over $1000 in Box Tops alone. Look for more information regarding our monthly Box Toxs Celebrations initiatives.
Every time you dine at Buffalo Wild Wings on Pendleton Pike be sure to tell them that you want 10% to go to Indian Creek Elementary. Last school year we raised over $800 from Buffalo Wild Wings alone.
Attend our Skating Parties at the Roller Cave. Each time you attend a skating party, the Roller Cave donates 20% from the evening profits back to Indian Creek. We hope to see you at the following skating parties:
Tuesday 11/1/2016
Thursday 12/8/2016
Tuesday 1/24/2017
Thursday 3/2/2017
Thursday 5/4/2017
The money raised from all of these programs goes directly to the students of Indian Creek. Last year, the Indian Creek PFO spent over $35,000 on our students. Purchases last year included additional iPads, chapter books, Project Lead the Way membership, and Club Sponsorships. This can not be done without the support of our families. We look forward to raising even more money this school year so we can continue to provide our students with learning experiences that are unique to Indian Creek.
