google classroom integration
What is Learning.com?
Technology should be integrated into main content areas, but students still need some instruction on basic technology skills. Our students face a steep technological learning curve, and these mini technology lessons will help build a foundation for our students that will prepare them for the rest of their K-12 education… and beyond.
How can we fit this into our busy schedule?

Virtual Whiteboard (This is my current favorite tool)! 🤗
The Jamboard App is an Interactive Whiteboard tool by Google that is touch-friendly and features shape recognition, handwriting recognition, or auto-draw.
You can draw on the whiteboard and invite your students to all draw on the same whiteboard with you.
There is a Chrome App and a Play Store App. (The Play Store App has a few more features). Currently, teachers can add the Play Store App under their teacher account on district managed Chromebooks. There are multiple ways to create a Google Jam Board.
When will your students complete learning.com lessons?
Let's try collaborating on a Jamboard! When and how will your students complete learning.com lessons?
Please share your ideas on this Jamboard. Anyone that posts on the Jamboard will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a set of Erin Condren tabbed sticky notes!
Be sure to put your name somewhere with your idea, so you can be entered into the drawing!
Siarra Yeargan is the winner from last week's drawing!
4th Grade Team at NJES
Siarra Yeargan, Tiffiny Smith, Seneca Gonzalez, and Taryn Stinson are all on board with Google Classroom! They even added each other to their Google Classrooms as co-teachers to collaborate and share each others posts and assignments.
