Little Lancer News

November was an exciting month for our Little Lancers. As we moved from Fall Harvest to learning about different food groups and manners. They worked on learning about listening to a wide variety of literature and generating questions and gathering information to answer questions. We also explored our senses by describing foods and working on our writing skills. In Mathematics we explored whole and half numbers, describing objects by their attributes, sorting, and categorizing them. We also had fun measuring, estimating, and participating in graphing and charting. For Science we learned about recording observations, manipulating objects to observe, describe, and compare properties.

As we move into the colder months, please remember to send in hats, gloves, and dress in layers as we will be going outside to take breaks while the weather permits. Please also make sure you check that their bags have plenty of extra clothes and a pair of shoes.

Drop off and Pick up: Things are looking great for drop off and pick up. Just a reminder we will be starting around 8:20am to get students in by 8:35. If you arrive and the side doors are closed please park and bring your child to the front entrance. We will also be starting at 10:50am for AM pick up and 2:25pm for PM pick up.

*Please remember for safety purposes do not pass cars as they are loading or unloading.*
