Greece and Rome
By Joshua Milliken
Government
Ancient Greece had no central government, it was comprised of many city states all with their own type of government. Rome was much different in this point of view, it was a republic, it had senators who were elected by the people but only the male higher class.
Contributions
Both cultures contributed to our modern society for example, the US government is based on the roman government, and Greece gave us our sounds.
Architecture
Greeks were the people who created many of the base ideas of what we do today with pillars that held up the huge stone slabs, although Rome had simaler structures they brought something different, concreat. this allowed them to build road and building with ease.
