Welcome to April Mahaffey Family!
With just two months left of school for the 2020-2021 school year, we are excited to work on getting a few things back to "normal" for our students and community to wrap up this year.
For the month of May, we will open our doors to our visitors for the events we have planned for the end of the year. Please see the flyer below for more details!
We ask that you pay special attention to the need for ONLY direct parents/guardians (Family 1 and Family 2 named in Skyward) to be allowed to come as visitors. Non-school aged siblings will be permitted to join their parents.
By doing this, we will be able to have a more controlled crowd size when inside the building. It is also important to note that visitors will be asked to wear masks covering mouth and nose while visiting our campus and students.
It has been awfully quiet this school year without having as many events and times for visitors to see the great things our students and teachers have been working on at our amazing school!
RSVP information and visitor details for each event will be provided when closer to date. For now, please find some time to swing by the campus front office between 8am and 2pm so we can go ahead and get any US Identification Cards/Driver's Licenses scanned into the system to prevent delays at event. Scanning of ID is required each year for our system and to print visitor tags. We will also host two evening times (dates TBD) for families to be able to drive through to scan IDs quickly after school hours.
**Passports or foreign ID can only be entered on the day of the event. If you use this form of identification, please plan to arrive early to get your visitor tag***
Looking forward to a great last quarter with our Scotties!
Glad to be PLAID,
Holly Mason, Principal
