I think kids should do extreme sports because they can lose wight and get really good at it and become more confident.
Extreme sport four you can lose some wight and get a little bit more good at it.For example, if you skydive you have to be healthy. You get a good workout with all the jumping and training you do.
To get really good doing extreme sports you have to practice over and over to get really good at it because you will not get it the first time to get it.see if you get it you will do a extreme sports.
If kids get really good at their sport, they will gain confidence. They will feel good about themselves and be good role models for other kids. They will do better in school.
