- Attendance is to be taken by 10a each morning by teacher. If teacher is absent, substitute needs to send attendance to the front office by 10a for Mrs. Guajardo to submit attendance.
- Don't forget to sign in through raptor (Professional staff begins their day at 7:40a and paraprofessional staff at 7:30a)
- Student attendance: Please continue to stress the importance of attendance daily. If students aren’t at school, they aren’t learning what they need to learn. Mrs. King is setting up Attedance Meetings, please remind your parents to attend.
- Coming Soon: Miles for Smiles Fundraiser Coordinated by Mrs. King
- GPISD Experience is Nov. 3rd (professional staff make sure you sign up with Mrs. Hasty for a time slot to volunteer at our table or game).
- Cell Phone Expectations for Teachers & Paraprofessionals: You are not to use cell phones during instructional times. Cell phones are not to be used at all in the hallways or common areas. Do not walk around in the hallway with your phone up to your ear or texting. You should only talk on your phone during your conference time in your classroom when students are not present or during your lunch. This includes talking and texting. Paraprofessionals should only talk on their phone during lunch and break time. Please provide the office number to your families in case of an emergency.
