Creating Solutions to Problems
Tips to Protect Your Time and Energy
There's a saying that comes to mind at this time of year- "When the going gets tough, the tough get going."
- What does this mean to you?
- Are you looking for ways to ensure your class is following your expectations as well as they did the first six weeks of school?
- Take the Restorative Practice Green Circle challenge. Start your day with a morning meeting and a quick 10 minute circle. Those 10 minutes will give you back the many minutes you're losing and will fuel your tanks with positive energy.
- Pull out those respect agreements you made at the beginning of the year and allow students to share ways they see others in the class respecting you, other staff members and one another.
