Unbalanced and Balanced forces
How we can tell what is unbalanced and what is balanced
Unbalanced forces
These pictures are unbalanced because these objects are moving and they are always causing a change in motion and accelerate in the direction of the stronger force.
tug-o-war
tug-o-war is a great example of a Unbalanced force because there is always more weight on one team and the other team has less weight and there is more stronger people so its not always even.
see-saw
This is defiantly unbalanced because the mouse does not way more than the elephant and gravity would pull the elephant down and the mouse up.
pull-to-pull
These elephants will not go anywhere because there pulling in opposite derections and the only way they can move is if one elephant pulles harder than the other
Balanced forces
Balanced forces are when two forces are acting in opposite directions on an object equal in size and anytime there is a balanced force on a object , the object stays still or continues moving.
gravity in a chair
This is a balanced force because just like my teacher said gravity is always pulling objects down and when we sit down in a chair the gravity pulls us down.
Leaning chair
These chairs are balanced because these chairs are leaning on each other with the same exact weight causing the chairs to stand.
same weight
This car is being pushed from same weight but on opposite sides of the toy car so that means if they push the same weight that means the toy car won't move.
Balanced and Unbalanced
Balanced and unbalanced forces are all about moving and none moving forces and gravity
