#MONDAYMOTIVATION
School Announcements & Updates
As we enter into cooler weather, please hold students accountable to wearing school uniform. A notice was sent home on Thursday. We will also make a team effort to address it during Parent Conferences. Please reinforce expectations and communicate with our students.
FAMILY INVOLVEMENT GOALS
MATH NIGHT GOALS
To increase our Parent Involvement by 10% for Math Night, we need to have at least 64 parents attend on Wednesday. Please promote and encourage our 2nd-5th grade students to attend!
Class DOJO Goals
As of Monday 10/25/16, we have 272 parents out of our 472 students connected to ClassDOJO which is 57.6%. Our goal is to have at least 75% of our parents connected by November conferences.
NOVEMBER PARENT BREAKFAST GOALS
Please personally invite parents to our November Parent Breakfast. Our goal is to increase our attendance by at least 10%, which would be at least 23 parents.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. If you want to wear jeans EVERY MONDAY this month & Early Release WEDNESDAY pay $20 (Support Staff- $10) to help fight against this awful disease. All money will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Only interested in a couple of Mondays...donate $5 (support staff- $3) for each Monday that you would like to wear jeans. Money can be given to Jen in the main office. Those that donate for the entire month will receive a pink bracelet to wear each Monday! All others will receive a sticker to wear.
$20 bracelet jeans day dates:
October 3 (Mon)
October 12 (Wed)
October 17 (Mon)
October 24 (Mon)

Here are some facts to think about:
- Each year, more than 200,000 cases of breast cancer are diagnosed in women and nearly 2,000 cases are diagnosed in men in the U.S.
- One in eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.
- One case of breast cancer is diagnosed among women every two minutes in the U.S.
Show your support by wearing pink on Mondays and consider donating, because everyone deserves a lifetime.
