Calendars
NOTE: At this time we will not be using the calendar feature in Outlook for our school calendars, only in OWA. You can choose to use the calendar feature for your own calendars. This can be helpful to set reminders for yourself.

What's New in Word 2016
Ribbons
At the top of your document you now have ribbons, not toolbars. The ribbon tabs are Home, Insert, Design, Layout, Reference, Mailings, Review, and View. If you insert a shape then the Shape Format ribbon will also appear. The home tab contains most of what you should need to format (font, color, alignment, spacing) and is first in line for that reason.
Ribbons were designed on this version to be more consistent with Word on other platforms. If you click on the ribbon tab it can hide and then click again to bring it back.
Quick AccessToolbar
This is found above the ribbons and includes icons for File, Save, Undo, Repeat, Print, and New. This is not customizable. . .yet. There is talk of an update similar to the Windows 2013 version where you can add items to your quick access toolbar and move items on your ribbons.
