Coronary Artery Disease is the most common heart disease. CAD is caused when your heart muscle doesnt get enough blood. Many people dont find out they have CAD until they have a heart attack. If you do know that you have CAD or your at risk of having it their are many different ways of slowing it down or helping it progress better.
Symptoms Of Coronary Artery Disease
The most common symptoms of CAD is Angina. Angina is the pressure or squeezing on the chest that may make you feel like your having a heart attack. You also may expierence shortness of breath when doing extracurricular activites. For most women signs or CAD are jaw and back pain.
How The Condition Is Diagnosed?
To diagnosed CAD you go through multiple test such as EKG's or ECG's, Exercised Stress Test, Laboratory test such as Numbers Blood Test used to diagnose and monitor treatment from the heart disease.
How Is The Condition Treated?
Treatment for CAD is more something you have to do more than what doctors have to do for you. For example people that have CAD can Quit Smoking, Have a heat healthy diet, exercise regularly, and staying at a healthy weight.
What is the Prognosis?
Everyone recovers different ways on account of how you take care of yourself afterwards. Some people can stay healthy after by changing their lifestyles keep excising, stop smoking and just making good life choices. Others may need more surgeries to help them if they don't want to change.
