When We Sleep

All around the world people are sleeping. Its one of those things we half to do all the time or problems will start to accrue.


Sleeping, that keeps us healthy, can be fun too! Its all the interesting things that makes sleep fun! I am going to be sharing with you the interesting things that go into sleep, and even the stages of sleep!


The first stage of sleep is N3.'deep sleep'' In stage N3 you are difficult to be awaken, your brain waves are extremely slow, and your blood flows toward your muscles restoring energy. The second stage of sleep is the REM sleep. 'dream sleep'' It is 70-90 minuets long after falling asleep; your eyes move rapidly , your blood pressure increases ,and arm and legs are paralyzed. This is your dream sleep, and that's the fun part!
