The sessions will begin the first week of April and will be available for registration in Eduphoria: Workshop.
Fitness Walking
There is no fancy equipment or complicated steps as you follow Leslie Sansone on a total-body conditioning walk. It is safe for all ages and fitness levels, and it doesn’t place stress on your joints and ligaments. All you need is comfortable, supportive athletic shoes.
Take a walk in the right direction:
- Reduce the risk of coronary heart disease
- Lower blood pressure
- Reduce body fat
- Enhance mental well-being
- Ease stress

Basic Barbell Training
Description: Learn a very simple yet highly effective form of resistance training!
The Benefits:
- Improve body composition (less fat and more muscle)
- Functional strength (better joint mobility and stability)
- Increase bone density (fight against osteoporosis)

- Relieve stress & sleep better

Sweatin' at the Trail
Description: Sweatin' at the Trail is a Cardio Variety type work out geared for all ages, fitness levels, and goals.
It will include:
- Circuit Training
- High Intensity Interval Training
- Light weight work
- Lots of body weight exercises that you can do at home too!
