- Girls Basketball beat Head Royce and Mt Diablo High School in their season openers.
- Boys Soccer has begun their season with a 3-0 record, including their first win in the Winter Classic tournament.
- Girls Soccer has also had a perfect start, beating Freedom and Piedmont HS.
- Wrestling is off to a great start with 4 team wins in their first dual and only one loss.

What you didn't know about Paul Bradley!
Did You Know:
This is Paul's 3rd year at NHS. He previously taught 30 years at McClintock High School in Tempe, AZ and retired... and then he failed retirement.
University Attended: Arizona State for Undergrad, University of Nebraska at Omaha for his Masters.
Hobby he would get into if time and money weren’t an issue? He would learn to sail and then sail around the world.
What fictional place would you most like to go? Westeros
What job would you be terrible at? Accounting or anything requiring math.
If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning medal for? Screwing up the checkbook.
What is the most annoying habit that other people have? Popping gum when its being chewed.
What is your money dish for guests? Lasagna
What is one thing you are really great at but not many people know? Cooking on the grill.
How many kids do you have and how are they like you? :) 2 adult stepdaughters, they are pigheaded like I can be.
What's your favorite part of being a Bronco? Its close to my home so traffic isn't an issue and the people I get to work with.
