Expressing Gratitude
Being Thankful and Saying Thanks
During morning circle or morning discussion (BIC) ask your students to share something in school they are thankful for. You may want to give them sentence starters such as, "I am thankful for" or "I am grateful for..." Write things students are thankful for on a chart paper and add to the list throughout the week.
