Monday / Wednesday Morning Stokes Tips
- Please physically take your child's cell phone at departure.
Please arrive at BTES around 6:00-6:15.
Make sure Packing Slip (“Boarding Pass”) is in hand to give to Welcome Table.
Items to Remember:
- sunscreen, bug spray, hat, poncho
- NO electronics
- NO food
- Label everything

Please be patient with busing this week. During the week of Stokes it is suggested that you be at your bus stop earlier than usual and be patient with pick ups and drop offs.
Sixth grade field day is scheduled for Monday, June 10 - weather permitting. A remind will go out at 6:30 a.m. to confirm the event.
Tips for Field Day
- Wear sunscreen.
- Bring extra water.
- Bring a towel to sit on if you get tired.
- Bring bagged lunch.
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can run and play in - sneakers a must.
- Hats are a plus on a sunny day.

Sports packets can be picked up in the main office for CRMS.
Fines / Lunch Accounts / Damaged and Missing Books
- Any and all fines are required to be paid prior to the end of the school year.
- Lunch accounts should be kept up to date within the month of June. Please log onto the parent portal and check your child's balance.
- If a book is damaged or lost students are required to replace all items they were responsible for during the school year. https://urlzs.com/QGeuN
