Introduction to Pilates

Why should you do an Introduction to Pilates?
If you have never done Pilates before and you want to get rid of those persistent aches and pains, lower back ache, reduce the likelihood of injuries from your preferred fitness activity, feel stronger, leaner, taller and have a greater sense of well being, then learning how to do Pilates correctly is an absolute to achieving this.
Pilates will help you learn how to relax and to breathe more deeply which ultimately makes you feel happier. When you are happy, everyone around you is happy too.
Pilates is not a form of exercise that can be learnt within a few weeks, it is an ongoing education that becomes part of your lifestyle to help you improve and maintain your flexibility as you grow older, looking after your spine and joints. This is why we run an Introductory Course to Pilates first.
If you want to get your body back into shape, improve your flexibility and your posture then book now click here and become part of the Viva Pilates community - getting toned and feeling fabulous!
Pilates Timetable 2014
All our classes are mixed ability as once you have been through our introductory course, you will be familiar with the exercises and our instructors will modify accordingly to suit your needs and because we only have small classes, you will not feel out of place or lost.
Power Pilates is a more robust Pilates workout, not for beginners.
