Who Am I?

My Brain

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.

Decision Making

Behavioral Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the Behavioral Style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, have a talent for building teams, are action oriented and motivated by acceptance of peers and avoiding conflict. Others sometimes perceive my decision making style as wishy-washy, unable to say no, overly concerned with others or unable to make decisions. The best organizational fit for me is one that allows for informality, with simple organization, and loose settings.

My Personality Type

#1 Gold

I have a Gold personality type. That means I focus on specific details, I listen to determine if the message is right or wrong, and I don't usually like conversations that go off topic. When I communicate I prefer writing, direct and straight forward, and step by step. It frustrates me when others are slow paced, one step at a time, and when they are formal.
