5th grade send-off celebration
Prairie Point Elementary
5th Grade Celebration
C.W. Avery YMCA
15120 Wallin Drive
Plainfield, IL 60544
Saturday, May 12
6:00—9:00 PM
The committee for the 5th grade send-off celebration is very excited for Saturday night! Please read through these important reminders for the evening. Thanks! See you soon!
1. If your child plans on swimming, please make sure she/he has a bathing suit and towel.
2. NO ELECTRONICS will be allowed at the event. We will have a professional photographer taking pictures, and all pictures will be shared with the students via a folder on their Google Drive. We decided that NO ELECTRONICS will be the best way for all students to have the best time and participate to the fullest. We also feel that NO ELECTRONICS will help us with possible safety and/or security concerns.
3. Please plan on dropping your child off no earlier than 5:55PM and picking her/him up no later than 8:55PM. This will help us to ensure that all kids get checked in/out in a timely fashion.
4. If you are scheduled to volunteer, please arrive at your scheduled time and check-in at the volunteer table. Please remember that siblings are not allowed at this event.
Thanks so much for helping us make this an INCREDIBLE event for all of our kids! If you have any further questions, please contact Sarah Caffarello (SCaffarello@sbcglobal.net) or Joan Mundsinger (JDMundsinger@gmail.com)
