Panther Tennis

Varsity tennis improved their record on the young season to 4 - 2 with a 4th win in a row on Friday at Timbercreek. Other wins have come over Martin, Byron Nelson, and Liberty Christian. The team is building momentum towards the District schedule that begins in late September. Next week, a Tuesday home match vs Keller.

Lady Panther Volleyball

Senior Outside Hitter, Lauren Evans, was named Ft. Worth Star Telegram Player of the Week last week! This marks the second week in a row that a Lady Panther was named Player of the Week. Way to go Lauren!

CHHS debate team

Congratulations to the CHHS Debate Team for their performance at the Grapevine Fall Classic tournament this past weekend. Competing against 74 other Public Forum debate teams from 5 different states, all of the teams were in the top 32 teams at the tournament, making it to the double octafinals. Those teams were:

Seniors, Will Watson & Raheena Ali

Juniors, Anisha Navendra & Joanna Wang

Sophomores, Daniel Li & Colin Wei

Sophomores, Katie Collins & Nicole Radandt

Colleyville Heritage Cross Country

This week Colleyville Heritage Cross Country competed at the Southlake Carroll Invite at Bob Jones Park. The Boys and Girls competed in several divisions this week which included the: 6A Varsity, 5A Varsity, 5A JV Races.


Our girls placed 14th in the 6A Varsity race, competing against most of the better 6A programs in the area and finished as the 5th best 5A team in the race. The girls team had an average improvement of 30 seconds per person than the week before. The second varsity team finished 8th in the 5A race.


Our boys raced with a greater conscious effort this week, improving by 35 seconds per person than the week before.


The team does not compete this upcoming week so that we can have a period of uninterrupted training in preparation for the District, Region, and State Meets.
