Functions of the Union cabinet

The functions of the Union cabinet are :

  • The Union cabinet consists of the prime minister, the deputy prime minister and a number of ministers.
  • The union cabinet consists of 24 ministers.

The responsibilities of the union cabinet:

  • Implementing the union general policy inside and outside the country.
  • Preparing the public budget and putting forward laws and decisions which organise national affairs, and transferring them to the national council for further study.
