Note from Admin Team
We had a great week at Trailridge! Our boys basketball team kicked off their season with a hard fought battle against Hocker Grove. We are excited to watch our team grow throughout the season and represent our school well. This week we also had a visit from the SMNW band and choir classes. They played for our music students and encouraged them to stay engaged in the arts. It was awesome to see our former Wildcats inspire our current ones.
This upcoming week we celebrate Kindness week. Our Sources of Strength student leaders helped develop the activities for the week. As you can see below, we do have a spirit week planned. We also have different activities that will take place throughout the week during our wildcat hours. One of those activities includes door decorations. We are excited to see our building transform to celebrate kindness. Please encourage your student to participate!
Have a great rest of your weekend!

Happy 2023 Trailridge Families! We are so excited to start a new year. We are also excited to share some very valuable information from our Caring For Kids Partners at Advent Health. Please feel free to review the link below to explore their support phone line for parents as well as an on-line behavior checker. There are also regular ‘coffee talks’ and educational programs. We will plan to keep this information readily available in our weekly newsletters as we feel it can be very beneficial to our TR Families.
Always feel free to email or call any of us with any questions or individual concerns with your students. We are here to help!
Our Boys Basketball team competed hard against Hocker Grove last Thursday in a loss. We are excited to see them continue to improve Monday at Indian Hills and Thursday at Home vs Westridge. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Hoch at email@example.com.
Students Attending Games and Pep Club
Students supporting their fellow classmates is one of the highlights of athletics. We are excited to have our students back supporting their peers as members of the Pep Club. If students want to attend a home game they can join their fellow students in the Pep Club. If your student would like to join their fellow students in the Pep Club then they will need to do the following:
- Go to the MPR after school and sign in with the Pep Club Sponsors.
- Listen to the expectations of the Pep Club Sponsors.
- Sit in a designated area in the Main Gym.
- Only leave the bleachers when directed from the Pep Club Sponsors.
- Sign out with the Pep Club Sponsors when they decide to leave.
If students would like to come to home games with their parents/guardians then they will need to stay with them for the entirety of the game. Both elementary and high school students will also need to be accompanied by an adult in order to attend games. Students who do not attend Pep Club will not be able to sit with our Pep Club students. Any students who come to the game without their parents will be asked to leave.
Parents, please have a conversation with your student regarding appropriate behavior during Pep Club. The purpose of Pep Club is for our student body to provide support to our student athletes and cheer them on as they play in their game. It is important that we are respectful to our supervisors, staff, parents, players, opposing teams, and officials. While in Pep Club it is important to represent Trailridge in the appropriate manner. If students are not following the directions of the supervisor or staff at the game, they will be asked to leave the game.
Please remember that if your student would like to attend away games they will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have any questions please contact the Athletic Director Jake Bauer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
