"How can I get rid of all my stress?"
1. "Make time for yourself" You can not keep giving to others if you yourself are empty. Take some time to meditate and reflect on who you are and what you believe. Confidence and self worth are a key part to your happiness.
2. "If it is not a priority, get rid of it" Many people hang on to things that stressing them out. Letting go of a certain volunteer position, or obligation to reduce your stress level is not a bad thing! It's not that you don't enjoy doing that specific thing, it just means that you need a break.
3. "Set a goal to work towards" many times if you have so many things going on at one time you loose sight of the things you want to achieve. Setting a specific goal allows you to focus on the tasks at hand rather than getting distracted.
4. "Be flexible" Things happen! Don't let something small impact you in a big way. The fear of not knowing is a fear that many people dwell over. Dwelling on something that may not happen is useless; if something does happen getting upset and worked up will almost always make it worse. go with the flow and take things as they come.
