The BEST READERS are those who are READ to by their family DAILY

Our cats are learning to recognize and understand symbols within their environment. At home, continue to talk about print in the environment (food packages and street signs). Our kiddos love to take pride in their knowledge. Keep asking questions!

In the coming days you will see EEA increase visual literacy components throughout the center.

Social and Emotional Development

At EEA, social and emotional development is just as important as cognitive development. Every character trait (kindness, respect, responsibility, trust, fairness, and citizenship) becomes more tangible when the action is described as filling a bucket. The Owls are piloting our "bucket filling" program.

TELL US WHAT YOU THINK!

A few of our families have asked us about Spirit Shirts and School Pictures. Please give us your feedback by clicking on the link HERE.

Coffee in the Cafe

Parents, we invite you to join us for "Coffee in the Cafe." Coffee in the Cafe is a designated time devoted to visiting with our families weekly as we continue to grow. Families can build supportive relationships with each other and center staff as they offer feedback regarding EEA. Your feedback will then be used to facilitate our families' needs as well as to develop our center.

Coffee in the Cafe will begin this Friday and be held each Friday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm in our center's cafeteria. We will keep the coffee pot full for you!
