Athletic Department News
The boys varsity basketball team was defeated by Valley Regional and defeated Coginchaug to go 1-1 for the week. Their season record is currently 4-2. They play at home tonight, Monday 1/13, vs Lyme-Old Lyme and at Portland on Thursday.
The boys junior varsity basketball team lost to Valley Regional and beat Coginchaug this week. They are 3-3 on the season.
The indoor track team competed in the Shoreline Coaches Invitational this weekend and are competing today in the Old Saybrook Qualifier in New Haven.
The girls varsity basketball team beat both Valley Regional and Coginchaug this week. They are 7-0 on the season. They play at Lyme-Old Lyme on Tuesday and home vs Portland on Friday.
The girls junior varsity basketball team lost to Coginchaug this week. They are 0-3 on the season.
The varsity hockey co-op team lost on to North Haven and defeated West Haven this week. Their season record is 3-4. They play at home this Wednesday and Saturday.
Our wrestler Dylan Levesque competed twice this past week. He wrestles at home this Wednesday and away on Saturday. Dylan remains undefeated this season.

School Counseling News
We hope to see our all of our juniors and their parents for the upcoming Junior Post Secondary Planning Night tomorrow, January 14th (Snow Date - January 16th) in the Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.!
Mrs. Catlin & Ms. Malcolm met with all junior English classes last week to discuss post-secondary planning- check with your son/daughter to review the packet of info they received.
Mrs. Sullivan will be visiting Freshmen in their English classes to discuss PSATs/College Board & KHAN at the beginning of second semester.
Second semester is scheduled to begin on Monday, January 27th. Students wishing to make changes to their 2nd semester courses may do so through February 4th.
