About Me

I taught 3rd and 4th grades at Sibley and Palmer elementary schools with Grand Rapids Public Schools from 2012 to 2015. While there I ran an after school math club, coached 4th grade basketball, and worked with Michigan State University to allow students the experience of lifecycle of a chicken. In 2015 I took a job teaching at Foster Elementary with Ludington Area Schools teaching 3rd grade from 2015-2017. While at Foster I ran an after school computer coding club and served as the building's Illuminate Data Coach. As of 2018, I am honored and excited to share my two passions with educators at Wexford-Missaukee ISD and West Shore ESD while working as an Instructional Consultant with the K12 Educational Technology Association.
