COME PLAY RINGETTE!
Fun and friendships happen on ice
What is ringette?
Ringette is a true team sport, played on ice with a straight stick and a rubber ring. It's not hockey. In fact, the strategy is more like basketball or lacrosse. It has a fast pace, a focus on skating, passing and play-making, great coaching, teamwork and lots of fun. Now is the time to join the action!

"Fun and friendships happen on ice"
Are you looking for a fun sport for your kids this winter? Ringette is for both boys and girls. Your kids will learn to skate, to pass, and to be team players. They will also make friends. At every level from U6 to U19, these teams form strong bonds over their years in the sport. And they can keep playing in university and beyond at elite levels. Register today online. See you at the arena!
Still not sure? Come try it for FREE!
At least once every fall, we host a free Come Try Ringette event in Fort McMurray. Just bring skates and a helmet, and we provide the rest (including goodie bags). Our next event is October 20th at the Suncor Community Leisure Centre at MacDonald Island from 2-3 p.m. Please go to www.cometryringette.ca to pre-register so we know you're coming!
