Message from the Principal
I want to thank you all for a great start to the school year! I am pleased with all of the progress that our students are making. They are working hard and getting back into the routine of school. Each day I see them they are excited to share some of the great things that they are learning. My staff and I are thrilled at the opportunity to work together with you to help our students not only reach, but exceed their educational goals. I encourage you all to stay involved in your child's education throughout the year and keep the lines of communication between home and school open!
Thank you for a great start to the school year!

Attendance
Any student who has been absent from school is required to bring a note signed by his/her parent/guardian stating the specific reason, and the date(s) of absence within three (3) days of returning to school. Please include child’s last name on all notes.
If a note is not submitted to the school office within three days, the absence will be considered unexcused and therefore unlawful.

Student Arrival
Student’s arrival time to school is from 7:20-7:35 AM. Students who are transported by parents, should not be dropped off before 7:20 AM. There is no supervision before this time.
Classes for students begin at 7:40 AM. Any student who arrives after 7:40 AM will be marked as "tardy". These students MUST be brought into school by the parents and MUST stop at the office to be checked in and admitted to school. It is very important that students stop at the office if they arrive tardy so that accurate attendance records can be kept.
Bus Procedures
Any time your child will be taking a different bus home or they will be picked up instead of riding their normal bus, a note MUST be sent to school with the following information:
Your child’s name (Please include last name)
Date of bus change
Bus number they will be riding or who will be picking them up
Who they are getting off the bus with, or name and address if not being dropped off at the home of another student.
If going home with a friend, BOTH STUDENTS MUST HAVE A NOTE.
Parent’s signature
*Please Note –if a student tells us that they are to be picked up or ride a different bus than what is documented as their normal/regular schedule, but do not have a note, THEY WILL BE SENT HOME ON THEIR NORMAL BUS. THIS IS SCHOOL POLICY! We do make an effort to get in touch with parents in these situations, but it is not always possible.
PLEASE MAKE ALL TRASPORATION CHANGES BY NOON THE DAY OF THE CHANGE!
