This coming week is the last week for summer reading programs. We hope you enjoyed all the exciting, entertaining and educational programs we brought to you. Send me any pictures you would like to share from the summer, comments too.

But it's not over yet. We are showing two movies in August. On August 11th, in honor of Peach Day at the Farmer's Market, we are showing James and the Giant Peach at 2:00. Then on August 18th we are showing the My Little Pony Movie in the storyroom at 2:00.

A special music program for children from birth to 3 years old, Musikgarten, will be held on August 11 at 11:00 in the storyroom. Science storyteller Casey Nees will be here. Things will be exploding I'm sure.

We are especially excited about our last program of the summer featuring Grammy Award winning artist Secret Agent 23 Skidoo. That program will be at 11:00 at Oakview on August 17th. You don't want to miss it. You can check out their website here -- Family friendly hip hop music.

And don't forget you can get your Doga on every Saturday at 9:00. Doga is a yoga class for dogs and their families. But even if you dan't have a dog to bring, you can come and practice some yoga with Megan Blake and Super Smiley. The Doga program will be each Saturday in August (rain or shine) starting at 9:00 in the Arts & Education Plaza, or in the storyroom if the weather is rainy.

If you have any questions, send me an email -- All of the program information should be on our website -- You can follow us on facebook too.
