As schools and families adjust to changes to COVID-19 protocols, OHA, ODE and DDSD remain committed to school safety. In the coming weeks, OHA in collaboration with ODE is sending iHealth antigen self-tests to all Title I schools to be sent home with students. In David Douglas, this is all our elementary and middle schools. These tests represent one strategy to increase access to testing resources in our school communities. Students and their families are encouraged to use these tests if they develop symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or who have had a known exposure to COVID-19. If you are interested in getting a kit for your student please call our main office for pick-up information.

All students and staff in David Douglas School District have access to our collection of FREE ebooks and audiobooks in Sora (https://soraapp.com/library/ddsdor). With a focus on improving our diversity collections, we now have almost 3000 titles available.

Check out our Windows and Mirrors web page. It provides some basic information about Sora as well as elementary, middle, and HS displays. Books are automatically returned and there are never any fees.

To login- Select David Douglas School District or enter code ddsdor at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to enter your school email, then your 6 digit student ID as username and 8-digit date of birth for password. Open the explore tab on the bottom toolbar to search.

There is no registration needed and all sessions will be outdoors.
