First Annual Cultural Fair was a Success!
Thank you to everyone who helped make our first annual Cultural Fair a huge success - and for bringing our vision to life! This event was truly special and couldn't have happened without all the families that showed up to share a part of their culture with our school. We are thankful for the food, activities, lessons, clothing, art, traditions, and dances that were shared. Our community is the best and we can't wait to do this again next year!
Watch D.O.G.S.

WATCH D.O.G.S. is a national organization of fathers, grandfathers, step-fathers, uncles, and other father figures who volunteer at least one day during the year in their child's school.
We had our first “Watch DOG” on campus last week and there are still spots remaining for more people to sign up to participate in this wonderful program.

Piano Player NEEDED for Missoula Children's Theater
Missoula Children's Theater will be in town April 17-22nd so our students can put their very own performance of "The Little Mermaid." In order to make this happen, we need a piano accompanist to perform during rehearsals beginning on Wednesday, April 19th and ending on Saturday, April 22nd. This position is required if we want to put on the show, so please spread the word and let us know if you know of anyone. This can include high school students looking for volunteer hours. Thank you!

2023 Auction
PTA Auction
The CLE PTA Auction is the largest fundraising event of the year and will be tentatively held on Saturday, May 20, 2023. Since this is such a big undertaking, we are in need of volunteers throughout the course of planning, assisting with procurement of auction items and help on the day of the event in May.
Our ask to all PTA members is that each of you volunteer in some capacity - leading or participating in a committee, assisting with emailing out the donation letter to our list of over 400 local businesses, helping with class baskets or student art projects, and helping the day of the actual event. We need your energy, connections, ideas and time!
Our biggest needs right now are as follows:
· Volunteers for Auction Committees Sign up here
· Volunteers to assist with sending donation request emails to local businesses
We are also asking for you to start brainstorming on any auction items/experiences that you may have to donate, any businesses you can approach on behalf of the PTA, and any creative ideas you could bring to one of our committees. Lastly, should you have a connection with a local venue that you think would be a great fit for our auction event this year, please reach out to us! The best way to contact us is via fundraising@cottagelakepta.org with any leads. You can also find more information on our auction webpage.
We appreciate your time and support, and can’t wait to bring our community together in-person this year to support our school!
