Yoga in Monroe with Elaina Campopiano, RYT
Class is open to all levels of practice. Bring a yoga mat and wear non-restricting clothing. You will learn how to link breath to movement and gain the benefits of strengthening your body while reducing stress and anxiety.

Series 1: Tuesday mornings, 10am-11am
Series 2: Tuesday evenings, 6pm-7pm
Series 3: Wednesday mornings, 10am-11am
Series 4: Wednesday evenings, 7pm-8pm* (starts Sept.25th)
No class on Wednesday Oct. 2nd. Stop by for the Center's Open House, starts at 5pm.
Pick 1 series = $70 - 6 classes
Pick 2 series = $120 - 12 classes
Pick 3 series = $150 - 18 classes
Pick 4 series = $180 - 24 classes
Drop-Ins = $14

About the Collaborative Women's Center (it's not just for women!)
The Center’s mission is to build a community of collaborative women, each using each other’s talents to help one another grow in their respective fields. We provide a safe and supportive environment for women entrepreneurs to grow their business free from distraction of home life while benefiting from education, training, and networking in their community. The Center offers space for Drop-Ins, Desk Tenant, Advertisers, Professional Meeting Space, Conference Room Rentals, Training Room Rentals, Promotional Events, 1-1 Coaching Rooms and much more!
Elaina Campopiano, RYT
Elaina Campopiano is a certified 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT200), American Red Cross CPR certified, and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Fairfield University. Elaina specializes in providing encouragement, compassion, and instructional guidance to students on the art of yoga including mindful breath work, guided meditation, and proper alignment and positioning during asana practice. As an active yoga practitioner for over 13 years and a 2010 graduate of Lotus Gardens under direction of Lara Azzarito Ward, Elaina passionately pursues opportunities to deepen her knowledge of yoga by regularly attending yoga conferences and workshops throughout the year. Of recent, Elaina completed workshops to expand her knowledge of Yin Yoga and learn methods to reduce the effects of stress, anxiety, and PTSD with the Veterans Yoga Project.
