Quarantine Lodging Available for Pawtucket Residents
COVID-19 is extremely contagious, meaning that it can be easily transmitted between those who
live in the same household. If someone in your household tested positive for COVID-19, it is very
important they don’t come into close contact with others, including people they live with. You
may qualify to stay in a hotel, free of charge, for up to 10 days if you live in Providence,
Pawtucket, or Central Falls and are unable to stay away from a household member with COVID-
19.
This can mean:
- Your home does not have space to stay six feet away from a household member with
- COVID-19
- You share rooms or a bathroom with a household member with COVID-19
- For more information, call 211 and press option 6 to be connected to the Quarantine
- and Isolation Center.
City of Pawtucket Vaccination Information Request Form
The City of Pawtucket encourages residents to complete this form to get more information on the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available.
While this form does not register you for a vaccination appointment, the City will reach out to you based on a first come first serve basis as we receive vaccinations from the State and Rhode Island Department of Health.
