The gluteus maximus is the largest and most superficial of the threegluteal muscles. It makes up a large portion of the shape and appearance of the hips.

To get a gorgeous butt do these moves twice a week. Complete the recommended sets and reps, opting for a weight at which you can barely eke out the last rep of your final set with perfect form.
