Beginners Yoga - Tuesday Morning 9 am

Beginners Yoga

This class breaks down the most common poses (ASANAS) from the ground up, in a slower-paced format. Students will learn proper alignment in order to help protect the body and at the same time, learn to make adjustments or modifications in their own body to get the most benefits. This class is perfect for beginners or yogis looking to enhance their practice and anyone who desires a deeper understanding of alignment.

Dates: October 5-November 30 (nine weeks)

Time: 9:00 am-10:00 am

Cost: $113 Resident/$118 Non-Resident

Age Requirement: 16+

Special Note: Must pre-register for entire nine-week course.

Advanced Yoga - Tuesday Morning 10 am

Align & Flow

This class is designed to meet the needs of yogis with a solid foundation and base to their practice. Class is not ideal for beginners (please see the intro to yoga beginners class Tuesdays at 9) or people with injuries that prevent/limit movement. Classes will provide a combination of alignment-based instruction for safety and integrity, as well as a breath-linked flow for heat-building and strengthening through a yoga flow. Ideal for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the most common asanas in a safe and strength-based practice, and then move into a flow practice.
